Waramaug buys Florida La Quinta

Waramaug LS Hotels purchased the La Quinta Inn & Suites Bonita Springs/Naples North in Bonita Springs, Fla.

The four-story, 87-room property underwent a renovation in 2012. The hotel is located five miles from the Gulf of Mexico beaches and shopping. The hotel is located within four miles of the North Collier Medical Center, Bonita Bay, Bonita Bay Medical Center, Pelican Landing and the future home of the Hertz headquarters office.
