Yorktowne Hotel acquired for $1.8 million

The York County Industrial Development Authority acquired the Yorktowne Hotel in York, Pa.

The IDA paid $1.8 million for the hotel, and Hersha Hospitality was hired as the hotel's interim manager. Future plans for the hotel are still in progress, and the hotel may become part of a mixed-use project.
