A group of hospitality professionals with decades of experience announced today the formation of 360 Capital Advisors. The strategic advisory and asset management firm will focus on creating value-enhancing solutions for hospitality assets worldwide. The firm will design and implement comprehensive innovation solutions geared to optimize asset value at every phase of the investment cycle. The team’s unique approach to hotel assets is based on applying experience plus innovation to create customized solutions to consistently deliver risk-adjusted returns that outperform industry averages.
