Abu Dhabi real estate company to bring Fairmont to Morocco

Abu Dhabi-based private real estate investment company Eagle Hills has announced the development of the Fairmont La Marina Rabat-Salé in Morocco. The 200-room hotel, set to open in 2019, will be located in La Marina Morocco, a coastal mixed-use development between Rabat and Salé. 

With a focus on urban development, Eagle Hills currently has major developments ongoing in several EMEA countries, including Morocco, Bahrain, Jordan, Nigeria and Serbia.

Fairmont, meanwhile, has several properties under development in the Middle East, Africa and India region, including four openings slated for 2016 - Fairmont Fujairah, Fairmont Amman, Fairmont Riyadh, Business Gate, Fairmont City Stars Sharm El Sheikh - plus Fairmont Lagos (2017).
