Airport hotel near Dublin, Ireland, up for sale

The 88-room Metro Hotel and 30 adjoining apartments at Santry Cross in Ballymun, an area on Dublin's Northside close to Dublin Airport, has gone on sale with a list price of around $7.6 million.

Selling agents Savills say the hotel and apartments are being offered for sale in three lots. The hotel is located three miles from Dublin Airport and is close to Dublin City Centre.

The hotel includes a bar, restaurant and conferencing facilities over five floors.

“The Metro Hotel & Apartments offers an excellent opportunity to acquire a unique mixed use property poised to benefit from continued strong recovery in the Dublin hotel sector and a thriving residential rental market,” he said.
