Banyan Investment Group acquires Tennessee Hampton Inn

Banyan Investment Group, alongside InLight Capital, acquired the 101-room, four-floor Hampton Inn & Suites on North Thompson Lane in Murfreesboro, Tenn.      

The Hampton Inn has 1,078 square feet of meeting space, a business center, a fitness center and a seasonal outdoor swimming pool.  

Atlanta-based Banyan Investment Group has a portfolio of about 20 properties, including the Aloft Downtown Atlanta, that are located primarily in southeastern states such as Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Tennessee, South Carolina and Alabama. The company, now under the direction of second-generation Asian American hoteliers, has more than 40 years of experience in developing and managing branded hotels.
