Carey Watermark purchases Embassy Suites in Denver

Hodges Ward Elliott represented the former owner in the sale of the Embassy Suites by Hilton Denver – Downtown/Convention Center. Carey Watermark Investors 2 purchased the 403-suite, full-service hotel located in Denver, Colo.

The Embassy Suites by Hilton Denver – Downtown/Convention Center opened in December 2010 and is a 17-story state-of-the-art property with 26,000 square feet of meeting space, a full-service American-style restaurant and bar, leased restaurant located at street level, Starbucks café, indoor swimming pool and fitness facility and structured parking. CWI 2 plans to complete a guestroom softgoods renovation starting in the winter of 2016.
