With existing trophy destination resorts trading for sky-high prices, developers are always on the lookout for suitable new-construction opportunities. As of June 30th, Lodging Econometrics listed a healthy 976 projects in the U.S. resort construction pipeline, accounting for 137,937 guestrooms.
