[su_column size="1/2"]Select-services hotels have been the darlings of hotel industry lately, filling a desire among consumers for an experience that is a step above limited-service but not quite at the full-service level. A variety of hotel companies have introduced (and continue to roll out) select-service brands, swelling the U.S. pipeline to 1,756 projects with 182,077 rooms. This is by far the largest pipeline of any lodging segment.
