Dusit signs first Dusit Thani hotel in Vietnam

Directly after announcing a multi-use resort in Australia worth $484 million, Dusit International signed a deal for the first Dusit Thani hotel to be developed in Vietnam as part of the Cam Ranh Flowers Resort.

Executives from Dusit International and State Development Company were in attendance at the signing ceremony, held last week at the Khanh Hoa Centre of Political and Cultural Events in Nha Trang on Vietnam's south-central coast.

Slated to open late 2016, the beachfront hotel and branded residences will house 266 rooms of deluxe, suite and bungalow categories, with a further 117 apartments and 56 residential villas available for purchase or rental.
