The El Paso Suites Hotel recently completed a $10-million update. The hotel in El Paso, Texas, was purchased by a New York-based AWH Partners in 2014 after losing its Embassy Suites brand. Now a new grand opening is planned for February 2016, and the hotel is once again an Embassy Suites.

The eight-story property was built in 1977, and was owned by Windsor Capital Group. Today it is managed by Chicago-based Spire Hospitality.

Renovations began in April, renovating the exterior, meeting space, breakfast area, banquet rooms, cafe/bar and all 187 guestrooms.
