GF Management acquires DoubleTree in Colorado Springs

GF Management, through its affiliate, acquired the 299-room DoubleTree by Hilton Colorado Springs located off I-25 in Colorado Springs, marking the company’s first ownership venture in Colorado.

GF Management’s SVP, Jeff Kolessar, led acquisition efforts. The addition of this hotel is the sixth acquisition in just over two years and marks the fifth Hilton-branded hotel owned by the company.

Since acquiring its first hotel in 1988, GF has 20 hospitality assets now owned by its principals and affiliates. GF’s current owned and managed portfolio consists of more than 85 hospitality assets in 28 states, comprising over 14,000 rooms.
