HFF closes Cape Canaveral Hampton Inn sale

HFF closed the $7.1-million sale of the Hampton Inn Titusville/I-95 Kennedy Space Center, an 86-key, select-service hotel in Cape Canaveral, Fla.

HFF marketed the property on behalf of the seller. Milestone Hospitality purchased the offering free and clear of debt. The hotel will be managed by Lincoln Hospitality Management (LHM), a company that provides turn-key hospitality management services to hotels, restaurants, condos and lounges across the United States. 

Located at the intersection of Interstate 95 and State Road 50 in south Titusville, the Hampton Inn Titusville/I-95 Kennedy Space Center is at 4760 Helen Hauser Boulevard between Orlando and the Atlantic Ocean on Florida’s “Space Coast.” Twelve miles east of the hotel is the Kennedy Space Center, and property is approximately 33 miles from downtown Orlando and 17 miles from Port Canaveral, the second busiest cruise port in the world.
