Hotel planned for Nashville airport site

Nashville hotelier Nick Patel, of NNP Investments, reportedly has 2.21 acres in the airport area of Nashville under contract with plans for an extended-stay or limited-service hotel, reports The Tennessean. Patel is seeking a rezoning of the property from industrial to commercial service use.

The Metro Planning Commission is expected to consider the request on November 13.

“The airport market is still a good market—a growing market,” Patel, who also owns area Holiday Inn Express hotels, told The Tennessean.
