The lifestyle branded Hotel ZaZa is planning its second Dallas-area location for the 175-acre Wade Park development in Frisco, reports The Dallas Morning News. It will have about 175 guestrooms. Along with the current Dallas location, there is also a Hotel ZaZa in Houston, another that broke ground in Austin.
Thomas Land & Development will develop the new hotel, and it will be branded and managed by Hotel ZaZa and Z Resorts Management. It is slated to open with the first phase of the development in the fall of 2016, reports The Morning News.
No construction cost was given for the hotel, which will have a spa, called ZaSpa, and a 1,000-square-foot fitness center.
Hotel ZaZa is the first of three hospitality venues slated for Wade Park, the Morning News further reports. Plans also include a 350-room executive conference hotel along the tollway and an upscale limited-service hotel.
In a statement, Stan Thomas, president and chief executive of Thomas Land & Development called Hotel ZaZa “a leader in the competitive Dallas luxury hotel set,” offering a “one of a kind experience.”
