HREC arranges financing for Brooklyn Comfort Inn

HREC Investment Advisors is pleased to announce it has arranged a $7.1 million senior loan for the acquisition of the 81-room Comfort Inn Red Hook located in Brooklyn, New York. The loan was provided by a private Bridge Lender.

Geoff Davis, President & Senior Principal in the New York office, and Mike Armstrong, Principal in the San Diego office, exclusively represented the Investment Group who purchased the hotel.

The Comfort Inn is in close proximity to Downtown Manhattan and Downtown Brooklyn and attracts both business and leisure travel. Located only one block from the Brooklyn Cruise Terminal and Battery Tunnel, the hotel is situated in a prime location.
