Huff, Niehaus & Associates closes Country Inn sale

Huff, Niehaus & Associates, a member of Hotel Brokers International, closed the sale of the 75-unit, three-story Country Inn & Suites located in London, Kentucky. The hotel has a highly visible and accessible location off I-75.

Brandt Niehaus, CCIM and president of Huff, Niehaus & Associates, exclusively brokered the transaction, working closely with the Buyer and Seller to negotiate a mutually acceptable sale.  The hotel was purchased by Longman Properties II, who plans to continue to operate as a Country Inn & Suites with the Carlson Generation 4 Prototype Plan. The final sale price was $3.7 million, and financed with a SBA 504c loan.
