Marriott Seattle Bellevue sold to Carey Watermark Investors

Hodges Ward Elliott represented the seller in the sale of the Marriott Seattle Bellevue in downtown Bellevue, Wash., to Carey Watermark Investors 2.

The newly developed hotel includes 384 guestrooms and is located in Bellevue, Wash. The 17-story hotel opened in July 2015, representing the newest addition to the Bellevue lodging market.

In addition to Microsoft, Bellevue is home to companies including T-Mobile, Verizon, Eddie Bauer, Puget Sound Energy and PACCAR. The hotel is two blocks from The Shops at the Bravern, which includes high-end retailers such as Hermes, Tory Burch and Salvatore Ferragamo.
