Movenpick Hotels & Resorts to open seventh Dubai property in 2017

Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts revealed plans for a new hotel apartment tower in Downtown Dubai, the seventh Dubai property for the company. Movenpick also signed a management and operating agreement with El Housein Limited.

Mövenpick Hotel Apartments Downtown Dubai will be located 5.5 miles away from Dubai International Airport. The 246 hotel apartments will be developed with varying sizes, ranging between 118 square feet for studio apartments and 341 square feet for two-bedroom apartments. A specialty restaurant and lobby café will be available, as well as a swimming pool, gymnasium, spa, beauty salon, several shops and two meeting rooms.

El Housein Limited, the owning company of Mövenpick Hotel Apartments Downtown Dubai, is also the owner of Mövenpick Hotel Les Berges Du Lac Tunis. Both properties are currently under construction.
