New AC Hotels property planned for Cincinnati

Plans for an AC Hotels by Marriott hotel to be built on Joe Nuxhall Way in Cincinnati, Ohio, surfaced.

The current plans call for a $35 million, seven-story building with a one- or two-story section running east-west adjacent to Smale Riverfront Park.

The hotel will have at least 165 rooms, a rooftop terrace bar and deck, an entertainment courtyard-style area, a modern fitness facility and a four-story animated media board. The developer will not receive any tax abatement or economic development funding from Cincinnati or Hamilton County.
