North America Hotel Investment Conference goes for deal-making

The 2015 North America Tourism & Hospitality Investment Conference (NATHIC), to be held Nov. 4-6 at the Fontainebleau Hotel & Resort in Miami Beach, will address a range of issues critical to hotel development, ownership and management including foreign direct investment in North America.

Presented by Questex Hospitality, NATHIC is expected to attract more than 400 hotel owners, investors, developers, operators, lenders, consultants and brand executives, who will additionally gain insights on segment analysis, secondary and tertiary investment markets, management contracts, hotel design, lending, deals and burgeoning Chinese tourism.

Now in its seventh year, the event is moving to Miami Beach for the first time after being previously held in Chicago. NATHIC is part of Questex Hospitality’s International Hotel Investment Forum (IHIF) Summit Series, the world’s longest running hotel investment forum, with its flagship annual event in Berlin.
