Palm Beach Best Western sold for $9.4M

BWPGA, a company affiliated with Hollywood's AD1 Global, purchased a Best Western-branded hotel in Palm Beach Gardens.

Greenway at the Gardens sold the Windsor Gardens Hotel & Suites for $9.4 million to BWPGA on May 6. The property last sold for $3.2 million in January 2011. The 77-room hotel was built in 1990
