Ramada Inn in Whitehorse sold for $8.2M

The Ramada Inn in Whitehorse, Canada, was sold to Holloway Lodging, and will now operate as a Days Inn.

The hotel is expected to remain open year-round and all of the attached businesses will remain in operation. Prior to being purchased by the Ramada chain three years ago, the hotel was run seasonally by the Holland America cruise line as the Westmark Klondike Inn.

The 99-room hotel was built in 1972, with additions in 1976 and 1988.
