Renaissance Las Vegas sold for $125 million

JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group announced the sale of the Renaissance Las Vegas on behalf of Jackson Shaw Company. Wheelock Street Capital purchased the 548-room asset for $125 million.

The Renaissance Las Vegas marks the first completed sale of a premier non-gaming hotel in the market since 2007. The hotel features more than 20,000 square feet of meeting space, three food and beverage options, a resort-style swimming pool and fitness center.
