Steigenberger's reveals first of two Dubai hotels

On the heels of its announcement to open the InterCityHotel Culture Village in Dubai at the end of 2017, Steigenberger Hotels launched the Steigenberger-managed Hotel at Business Bay in Dubai, which will open doors to guests in October 2015.

The new hotel will be located near the Burj Khalifa skyscraper, Dubai's old quarter and shopping opportunities at the Dubai Mall.

The hotel was made possible by a contractual partnership with Twenty14 Holdings, the hospitality arm of LuLu Group International, a diversified multinational entity operating out of 31 countries, Steigenberger will operate the hotel under a management agreement.

The new hotel at Business Bay will have 365 rooms and suites, as well as five different restaurants. Also available will be a banqueting and conference area, Spa and fitness area and a pool.
