Tennessee Hyatt Place sold for $19.9M

A subsidiary of banking giant Goldman Sachs sold the Hyatt Place hotel in Cool Springs for $19.9 million.

An entity registered to Archon Group, located near Dallas, sold the 126-room hotel to ARC Hospitality Portfolio I Owner, a group registered to American Realty Capital Hospitality Trust, at that firm's Pennsylvania office address.

The acquisition was part of a $1.8 billion portfolio purchase by American Realty Capital, covering 116 hotels in 31 states.

The Hyatt Place hotel is located at exit 69 of Interstate 65, at the northern edge of the Cool Springs commercial hub in Williamson County.
