A London pub operator has moved into the hospitality industry after purchasing a boutique property in Stevenage, a town and borough in Hertfordshire, England.
Distinct Pubs has acquired The Cromwell Hotel, a refurbished 16th-century farmhouse that is now a 76-room hotel. According to Caterlyst, the new owners will renovate the hotel, which was formerly part of the Dragonfly Hotel portfolio (and owned by Jupiter Hotels).
The portfolio was put up for sale in July this year.
