Washington, D.C. firm purchases Marriott Cape Canaveral

Colliers International closed the sale of the Residence Inn by Marriott Cape Canaveral on behalf of A1A Acquisition Group and Ocean Partners, the hotel’s developer and owner/operator, to Capstone Development of Washington, D.C. Capstone and their institutional partners acquire high-quality lodging assets in top markets such as the Space Coast. Crescent Hotels and Resorts have been engaged by Capstone to handle day-to-day management.  

Rich Lillis, EVP and Kent Schwarz, EVP, led the Colliers hotel team on the transaction.   

The Residence Inn was developed in 2006 along A1A near Port Canaveral in Brevard County.
