Westgate Oxford Alliance acquires Oxford's Castle Quarter

The Westgate Oxford Alliance, a joint venture between Land Securities and The Crown Estate, has acquired the Castle Quarter in Oxford for £47.2 million from The Trevor Osborne Property Group.

The Quarter includes a Malmaison hotel in the former Oxford Prison, and is close to the Westgate Oxford development, which is also owned by the Westgate Alliance and currently undergoing a £440 million development that is slated for completion i late 2017.
