California Faucets has expanded its Descanso Bath Collection with Descanso Works. The spinoff collection has two new handle options that complement the industrial vibe of the series. Descanso has ergonomic wheel handles and vintage lever handles evoking the industrial era of the 1930s and 40s.
“Descanso Works carries over the popular detailing of the original Descanso series that homeowners and designers love,” said California Faucets CEO Jeff Silverstein. “Whereas the original series interprets industrial chic with hash mark-texture knurling and carbon fiber inserts, Descanso Works relies on a retro-inspired vibe with fun, valve-like wheel and lever handles,” Silverstein adds.
Both the wheel and the lever handles were inspired by the look of midcentury valves. The lever handles add a whimsical and retro-mechanical touch to the collection and come in any of California Faucets’ 28-plus artisan finishes. The wheel handles are ergonomically designed for easy grip and turn. In addition to the company’s artisan finishes, the wheel handles are exclusively available in a contrasting matte black or red powder coat finish. High and low spouts offer additional personalization options.
