Mexican REIT Fibra Inn acquired the Hotel Holiday Inn Tampico Altamira in Tamaulipas, Mexico for around $7.8 million, with an additional $468,000 in taxes and acquisition expenses and $168,000 in working capital.

TravelClick was acquired by private equity firm Thoma Bravo for $930 million.

The Comfort Suites San Jose Airport hotel was acquired for $6.6 million. The hotel is now family owned by Jashvant and Hasaben Patel.

LaSalle Hotel Properties acquired the 200-room Hotel Vitale in San Francisco for $130 million, or $650,000 per key. The hotel opened in 2005. 

RLJ Lodging Trust sold the 182-room Hilton Mystic in Mystic, Conn., for approximately $14.1 million.

Carey Watermark Investors acquired the 296-room Hyatt Place Austin Downtown, one block from the Austin Convention Center, for $87 million.

RLJ Lodging Trust disclosed the sale of the 150-room Hilton Garden Inn St. George in Utah for approximately $15.7 million.

FRHI, parent company of Fairmont, Raffles and Swissotel, with financier Richard C. Blum, purchased the Claremont Hotel Club & Spa in Berkeley, Calif. A purchase price was not disclosed, but last year the hotel was on the market for a reported $80 million.
