Pelle, a New York-based multidisciplinary design studio helmed by husband-and-wife duo Jean and Oliver Pelle, has launched a new bench.
Stiletto bench's main structure is materialized using construction grade fine timber that weighs up to 300 pounds. However, as implied in its name, the design seems to be effortlessly lifted off of the ground by svelte brass "heels" to display a disproportionate strength.
Treated with a smooth finish to amplify the natural wood grain, each bench is one-of-a kind with its intentional rustic imperfections. The seating/side table comes in a range of shapes and sizes to accommodate different interior needs.
