The Inn at Woburn partners with Xn Hotel Systems for hosted PMS, EPoS and web bookings

The Inn at Woburn, a member of Classic British Hotels, had been using a legacy PMS and EPoS solution for many years and embarked upon an evaluation of the UK suppliers in 2013.

Key objectives included seamless two-way integration with the Classic British Distribution Hub, a proven web booking engine, use of mobile technology and provision of up-to-date tools for staff members, as well as PCI compliance.

The Inn selected protel PMS and other core solutions from Xn Hotel Systems on the strength of the functionality, said Sue Crowley, general manager.
