Akyra Thonglor Bangkok to debut first phase of Begray redesign in late 2017

The Akyra Thonglor Bangkok will unveil the first phase of its redesign during the third and fourth quarters of 2017. Spearheaded by locally based architecture and interior design firm Begray, the revamp will be inspired by 1920s opulence.

Upon completion, the interior will have a black and white palette accented with gold, oversized urban photography, and custom furnishings including tinted glass dining tables and white marble coffee tables.

Accommodations will include 148 studios and one- to three-bedroom suites ranging in size from 398 square feet to 1,657 square feet. Each guestroom will have bathtubs and floor-to-ceiling windows. Studio rooms will have sofa seating and kitchenettes, while suites will have balconies, full kitchens, and living and dining rooms.
