Arbor Lodging Partners, a Chicago-based hotel investment and management company, completed three property renovations. The hotels were previously acquired by Arbor Lodging Partners and are managed by its affiliate, Arbor Lodging Management.
Located at 510 Lewelling Blvd, San Leandro, Calif., the 119-room Hilton Garden Inn San Leandro underwent a $4 million renovation that saw changes made to the hotel’s guestrooms and public spaces. The updated guestrooms now have new furniture, fixtures and décor, along with completely refreshed bathrooms that feature new vanities, lighting and flooring.
Designwise, these rooms were inspired by a California Mid-Century Modern aesthetic.
The Hilton Garden Inn’s public spaces also saw a complete refresh as Arbor created new seating areas in the common area; and a rebuilt food and beverage area with a new bar, seating and convenience shop.
This hotel is located near the Oakland International Airport.
The 123-room Staybridge Suites Mayfield Heights completed a $4.5 million renovation. This property is located within the Landerbrook Corporate Park in Mayfield Heights, Ohio at 6103 Landerhaven Drive, a suburb of Cleveland.
The guestroom renovations included installation of new furniture, new kitchens (including stainless-steel appliances) and renovated bathrooms.
The Staybridge’s public spaces also were completely renovated and include the lobby, seating areas, business center, breakfast area, meeting spaces and fitness center. Arbor Lodging rebuilt the food and beverage area to include new buffet bars and seating.
Lastly, Fairfield Inn & Suites Milwaukee Downtown completed $1.5 million in improvements. The 103 guestrooms, public spaces and corridors underwent a complete transformation with new furniture, flooring, lighting and new artwork installation.
The Fairfield Inn & Suites is located at 710 N. Old World 3rd Street in downtown Milwaukee.
