The Hilton Tucson East is undergoing an $8-million renovation expected to be completed in December.
Refurbishment will include the complete transformation of all 232 guestrooms with new interior colors, finishes and modern amenities. Additional upgrades will include a new hotel pool, lobby area, meeting rooms/ballroom and modernization of building HVAC and water systems for energy efficiency.
A new hotel restaurant and bar concept will also be available when the renovation is complete. The hotel is remainingopen during renovations.
Caliber Development, a division of Caliber - The Wealth Development Company, is the general contractor. Design architecture is provided by FFKR Architects of Scottsdale, AZ.
