Cicero's gives ‘like-new’ status to Residence Inn by Marriott in Chicago

Plainfield-based general contractor Cicero's Development Corp. completed the propertywide renovation of the Residence Inn by Marriott hotel located near Chicago's Midway Airport in Bedford Park, Ill. The renovation is said to bring the hotel to "like-new" status with a focus on the lobby, corridors and public spaces.

Following the renovation by Cicero's team of designers, installers and project managers, all 132 rooms of the hotel were refreshed with a contemporary decor, while the larger extended-stay suites additionally received updated kitchen areas.

The hotel's lobby and public areas were also reconfigured and now have new carpeting, artwork, furniture and wall coverings. In addition, the fitness center was revamped.
