In Itasca, Ill., the Eaglewood Resort & Spa has emerged from a renovation with a new restaurant and outdoor patio. The next phase of the renovation, slated for completion this fall, will include upgrades to the resort’s bedding, as well as updates to the resorts event pavilion with the addition of floor-to-ceiling windows for views of the golf course.
Local design company Concept Group Interiors was involved in the renovation.
Eaglewood Resort & Spa refreshed its dining venues, including Prairie River Restaurant, which has views of the golf course as well as an outdoor patio and fire pit; and Burnham’s Restaurant, which has an interactive kitchen.
The property has Kegler’s Bowling Alley, a six-lane bowling alley that also has billiards, darts and other games available to guests, parties or for team-building events. During warmer months, Kegler’s opens up to a terrace space. The alley also has a kitchen and bar.
Eaglewood Resort & Spa has 295 guestrooms and suites with balconies. The rooms have cherry and mahogany furnishings and décor, internet connectivity, high definition television channels and updated amenities.
For events, the property has 37,000 square feet of meeting space.
