Hilton Garden Inn Las Colinas undergoes $4M refresh by Studio B Design Concepts

To be completed in July, the transformation includes a refresh of guestrooms, bathrooms, ballroom and meeting rooms.

Hilton Garden Inn Las Colinas is currently undergoing a $4-million renovation. Scheduled to be completed at the end of July, the transformation of the property includes a complete refresh of the guestrooms and bathrooms, ballroom, meeting rooms and the redesign of a 1,500-square-foot patio directly off of the hotel’s restaurant. 

Involved in the renovation are Bruce and Corey Merenda of Studio B Design Concepts.

The refresh will see a complete redesign of the hotel’s 173 guestrooms and bathrooms. The ballroom will become a contemporary meeting and event space with a boutique finish, complete with custom carpet and crystal chandeliers.
