Hilton Garden Inn Las Colinas is currently undergoing a $4-million renovation. Scheduled to be completed at the end of July, the transformation of the property includes a complete refresh of the guestrooms and bathrooms, ballroom, meeting rooms and the redesign of a 1,500-square-foot patio directly off of the hotel’s restaurant.
Involved in the renovation are Bruce and Corey Merenda of Studio B Design Concepts.
The refresh will see a complete redesign of the hotel’s 173 guestrooms and bathrooms. The ballroom will become a contemporary meeting and event space with a boutique finish, complete with custom carpet and crystal chandeliers.
The hotel's covered patio, connected to the hotel’s restaurant, will also be renovated. Upon completion, the custom patio design will offer protection from the elements.
