Karim Rashid to revamp Temptation Resort & Spa Cancun

Temptation Resort & Spa Cancun

The adult-centric Temptation Resort & Spa Cancun is scheduled to start a renovation project this Sept. 25, with reopening scheduled for fall 2017.

Helmed by New York-based designer Karim Rashid, the renovated resort will have a seven-story building in a “sensual minimalist” style, housing 430 guestrooms and suites with a terrace or balcony with views of the resort’s gardens or the Caribbean Sea.

Upon completion of the renovation project, the property will have eight restaurants, including one aphrodisiac-themed restaurant. There will also be five bars. Additionally, the resort will have a spa, as well as a fitness center.
