The Los Angeles Airport Marriott (LAX Marriott) completed the final phase of its $50 million transformation with the opening of 47,817 square feet of meeting space.
The LAX Marriott’s redesigned ballrooms and pre-function spaces have California-inspired design. The property has over 29 meeting rooms, including the 12,320 square-foot Marquis Ballroom, which can accommodate a variety of groups and events for up to 1,700 people.
Additionally, the spaces have re-imagined public areas designed for connection and collaboration. The meeting rooms are all located on one floor, and all come with sound and lighting systems, RFID locks and electronic reader boards.
The introduction of the renovated meeting spaces comes shortly after the LAX Marriott completed the first phase of a property-wide renovation.
In addition to its proximity to Los Angeles International Airport, the LAX Marriott is located near Downtown Los Angeles, Manhattan Beach, and various restaurants, shops and museums.
