Wichita, Kansas-based TGC Development Group completed a $1.9 million interior renovation on the 82-guestroom TownePlace Suites by Marriott Wichita East. 

The general contractor was Wichita-based SBA Construction.

This property has studio, studio with queen doubles, and one-bedroom suites with kitchens, as well as separate living/working and sleeping areas. The kitchens have stainless steel appliances and granite countertops; while workspaces have built-in shelves and lighting, and a flat screen television.

For dining, the TownePlace Suites by Marriott Wichita East has an outdoor Weber grill, 24-hour In a Pinch market and On Us coffee service.

There are currently more than TownePlace Suites 280 properties across the US and Canada, and more than 180 in the pipeline.
