YWS, Flint Builders collaborate for $40M Thunder Valley renovation.

Thunder Valley Casino Resort in California will add 111 rooms and suites this year, following a $40-million investment that will also see the existing 297 rooms within the 17-story tower redesigned. The interior project is expected to take about 18 months to complete.

Overseeing the project are architectural and interior design firm YWS. Roseville-based Flint Builders is overseeing the build-out process.

In keeping with the property’s AAA Four Diamond resort designation, rooms and suites will have oversized marble bathrooms with European spa showers and high definition TVs, among other additions.
