Tell us about your experience in hospitality before now, and what made you choose hospitality as a career?

After leaving my first job out of college, I went on a three-week solo journey around the world and landed in Los Angeles with an open mind to a new career. Within a month, I found myself with three career options: fashion, hospitality and entertainment. Just like picking a flavor at an ice cream shop, the decision wasn’t an easy one. Instead of simply focusing on financial gain, I focused on pursuing a career that will truly fulfill my passion of helping and enriching the lives of others. Hospitality is the perfect gateway for me to help bring happiness, excitement and fulfillment into the lives of every person who walks through our door. It’s extremely fulfilling to read and hear about the lifelong memories that our guests create at each of the properties.
