St. Louis Hyatt on sale for $137 million

The Hyatt Regency St. Louis at the Arch is on the market for $137 million, according to a listing on Real Estate Alert's website, and as reported by the St. Louis Business Journal.

The owner of the 910-room hotel is San Francisco-based Chartres Lodging Group, which also owns the likes of the Novotel in Times Square.

Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, based in Chicago, runs the hotel, but that agreement could be terminated if a buyer closes on the property after the end of the year, according to REAlert.com.

The hotel, which was formerly the Adam's Mark Hotel, underwent a $63-million renovation several years ago.
