Accorhotels.com launches a new Arabic website for Middle East customers

Accorhotels.com is now available in Arabic and the website offers a choice of 31 geo-localized versions and 16 languages: English, French, German, Dutch, Spanish, Japanese, Italian, Portuguese, Brazilian-Portuguese, Korean, Chinese, Turkish, Indonesian, Russian, Polish, and, newly, Arabic.

Middle East and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are important outbound market for Accor which is leader in the region and has a strong expansion plan in the pipeline. This underlined the need to develop an Arabic website in order to be closer to its Arabic speaking guests and strengthen intra-regional ties in this region.

Arabic is the fifth most used language in the world and an official language in more than 20 countries with approximately 422 million speakers, according to figures from UNESCO (The United Nations’ Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization).
