Akwesasne Mohawk Casino Resort chooses Agilysys' POS system

Akwesasne Mohawk Casino Resort in Hogansburg, N.Y., has selected Agilysys’ InfoGenesis POS system and the rGuest Pay payment gateway solution to streamline operations, enhance guest service and provide secure credit card payment.

The 150-room casino hotel, which includes four restaurants, a lounge and gift shop, wanted fully integrated point-of-sale and payment gateway solutions that would optimize food and beverage service and secure sensitive cardholder data. The Agilysys solutions met the property's criteria, with state-of-the-art features and functionality that will help the property boost efficiency while reducing the risks associated with credit card acceptance.

“The functions of the InfoGenesis POS system are much more intuitive than those of the competition, and the rGuest Pay solution is purpose-built for the complex merchant environments prevalent in the hospitality industry,” said Toby TenEyck, director of food and beverage at Akwesasne Mohawk Casino Resort.

Designed for multi-unit and complex operations, InfoGenesis features real-time reporting, support for packages and prix fixe menus, and multi-language capabilities that drive service flexibility and increase operational efficiency. The system easily manages any combination of food, beverage and retail service, and integrates with other Agilysys next-generation solutions as well as a wide variety of third-party providers. InfoGenesis POS is available as an on-premise or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution.
