Amadeus launches new platform for booking insights

Amadeus is expanding visibility into leisure and business travel performance with the launch of Agency360+. The product helps hoteliers build leisure and corporate strategies with business intelligence data beyond global distribution system channels. The platform aims to help hoteliers gain a better understanding of historical and forward-looking leisure and corporate business bookings at their property, in their competitive set and in their market.

Agency360 provides visibility into travel agent bookings from the three major travel distributors. In 2020, the platform added visibility into which corporations were booking through travel agencies. With Agency360+, Amadeus is expanding insights into agency and corporate accounts to also include corporate production, booking volume, roomnights and average daily rate, providing hoteliers with opportunities to build strategic business plans.

The new Agency360+ solution also incorporates forward-looking market insights from Amadeus’ Demand360 solution. This includes Amadeus intelligent markets, a proprietary algorithm that lets hoteliers compare their property’s performance to their closest competitive set within their broader geographic market. The data is refreshed three times per week, which is critical with short booking lead times influenced by the pandemic.

In addition, Agency360+ has enhanced navigation and new visualization tools to enable more efficient revenue-management strategies across multiple properties, aiding in quicker decision making to drive the most profitable demand.

This new functionality is available now as a complimentary enhancement for existing Agency360 subscribers.
