Cenium launches FastTrack kiosk with mobile interaction

Cenium implements the Cenium FastTrack self-service kiosk and mobile interaction at two hotels within the Nordic Choice Hotel group already using the Cenium Hospitality ERP suite. The Comfort Express brand within Nordic Choice, caters to younger travelers who want simplicity and high tech options to optimize their travel experience.

The FastTrack component expands Cenium's service focus to provide properties a fully integrated solution for guest self-serve environments. FastTrack combines SMS communication prior to arrival with a smooth identification by QR code, name or other secure information at the kiosk for swift check in upon arrival. The check-in/-out process can be configured to include key card encoding, chip and pin preauthorization or payment, folio emailing and capturing of information or providing service options to the guest.

Cenium's new kiosks uses an iPad air with flexible furniture and mounting options to fit into new and existing reception environments.
