Choice Hotels hiring for more technology jobs

Choice Hotels International is hiring another 80 technology positions. The company will be holding a career fair and open house on April 29. at the company's Phoenix office, where its IT operations are headquartered.

Choice has recently just completed its first wave of additional IT hires in the Phoenix office, adding 110 IT professionals. The company was ranked as the top hotel company on Forbes' Most Innovative Growth Companies list last year, and has experienced several technological successes including a recent partnership with Ford to enable travelers to make hotel reservations "hands-free" while driving certain Ford vehicles.

"Mobile technology is evolving at an astounding pace, and we see more of our guests using our iPhone, iPad and Android apps throughout the planning, shopping and booking phases of the travel experience," said Todd Davis, chief information officer at Choice Hotels International. "There is significant opportunity in the hotel industry to drive meaningful and dynamic growth through technology offerings, and Choice is committed to being a leader in this space. Hiring an additional 80 talented IT professionals takes us one step further in our strategic endeavors."
